What do you expect from a bridge-type measuring machine?
This was the focus of our attention in developing the new ACCURA. Its precision, speed and multisensor capability have made it successful. We have now enhanced these strengths by reviewing the technology and improving it all.

The platform concept of the new ACCURA allows you to tailor the machine to your requirements and budget. We offer configuration packages that fit your requirements. Furthermore, the modular design provides you with security in your investment: the new ACCURA can be modified to meet changing requirements on the configuration, sensors and software. The system is very cost effective, so you to benefit from the lower procurement price and lower lifecycle costs. For example, the more rigid air bearings increase the speed and thus workpiece throughput. The new, maintenance-friendly design also improves machine availability.
Sensor Overview
- mass option: The full range of sensor technology, including the ViSCAN and LineScan optical sensors. mass provides users with the entire range of sensors from Carl Zeiss IMT. Sensors can be changed quickly and easily at any time.
- ACCURA aktiv: High-end sensors for contact measurements. You choose from the VAST XT, VAST XT gold and VAST gold active measuring sensors.
- ACCURA kompakt: Premium measuring technology for priceconscious users. The RDS-C articulating probe holder permits the use of XDT or VAST XXT sensors.
Fast and reliable with the Performance Package.
Is measuring time a key factor? Then we recommend the Performance Package. It enables the new ACCURA to travel at up to 800 mm/s. The VAST navigator option delivers an additional time savings of up to 30 percent on typical workpieces.
Due to the high speed of the bridge with the Performance Package, the action area of the machine requires added protection. The safety technology needed is included in the package. Laser scanners monitor the protection zone around the machine in the high-speed mode. If anyone enters the safety zone, the machine immediately slows down. High-speed measuring operations are automatically restarted once the zone is cleared. | |
