이번 웨비나에서 소개드릴 ZEISS Lattice SIM Family는 Super resolution 중 Lattice Structured Illumination Microscopy 기술을 활용한 현미경입니다.

Lattice SIM Family에는 세 종류의 현미경이 있으며 다양한 application 대응이 가능합니다.
Lattice SIM 기술을 활용한 이미징의 특징은 다음과 같습니다.

Molecular level에서의 우수한 분해능을 가진 Lattice SIM의 초고해상도 이미징
빠른 이미징 speed를 이용한 살아있는 세포 관찰이나 대면적 이미징
시료의 입체적인 정보를 사실적으로 얻을 수 있는 isotrophic 3D 이미징
